2-3 masala papad
1 medium sized onion ,finely chopped
2-3green chili ,finely chopped
3-4 garlic cloves,finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon of ginger,finely chopped (optional)
4 cups of wheat flour
salt to taste
1.deep -fry or roast the papads in a microwave oven or gas
2.crush the roasted papads in a bowl and mix in onions,green chillies,garlic and salt .this is your filling for the parathas ,
3.knead the wheat flour with water and divide it into equal -sized balls.
4.roll each ball slightly,place the papad filling in the centre and seal from all the sides .roll it again,carefully,to from even-shaped parathas .
5.heat a grindle and cook the parathas on both sides,till they are golden brown in colour .
6.Serve hot with tomoato chutney or green chutney ..
