10 brown bread slices
2 medium-sized potatoes,boiled
1/2 teaspoon ajwain (lavage seeds)
1/2 tsp of red chili powder
mustard sauce(for serving)
oil for dep-frying
salt to taste
1.dip the bread slices in water,leave for aminute and squeeze hard to remove the exess water.
2.mash the potato and mix together with bread and other ingredients,except oil.knead to form hard dough.
3.divide the dough,lenghtways,into medium-sized strips and deep fry the strips to golden brown
4.place it on the plate
5.spread mustard sauce on top
