SWEET CRUNCHY WHEAT BALLS(KHAJUR)
Ingredients-
Whole wheat
flour-300grams
Semolina-25grams(roasted)
Flour-25grams
Clarified
butter-(ghee)-25ml
Suger -40
grams
Coconut
powder-1 table spoon
Baking
powder-1/2 teaspoon
Cardmom
powder-1/2 teaspoon
Milk-25ml.
Refind oil
for frying.
METHOD:
Dry roast
semolina for 1 to 2min, then add all ingredient and make tight dough.
Make small
size of ball.
And slow fry(medium flame).
Cool it then searve.
You can store it
in tight container for one month.
