Kalmi vada


Ingredients:

 
A small spoon of chopped ginger,

1 cup chana dal

1/4 cup Urad dissolved

 1/4 cup green gram dissolved

 1/4 cup black gram,

 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

 chopped 1 onion

 1 green chili chopped

for frying enough oil,

 salt to taste

Method(procedure)

Take 1-2 hour water soak in all pulses.

 Then all together in less water in a grinder to grind.

The onion, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves, and salt mix well to get beaten.

Heat oil in skillet in hot oil to a golden brown ball of the dal is cooked well

And then serve it hot with a sauce...
